📋 Description

• Navigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviews • Assist producers with ad hoc policy information requests • Gather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual Reviews • Data analysis and management of In Force Data • Work with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our Firms

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience with outbound phone calls, emailing, downloading and recording documents, navigating data-base software • Ability to work within short deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously • Experience with annuities, life insurance, and/or securities is strongly preferred
