📋 Description

• Own significant IT deliveries end to end from approval through compliant go-live within the IT SDLC • Run delivery gates including AI-versus-automation classification, Team Confirmation, Go/No-Go, release, and closure • Confirm delivery readiness for production • Maintain dependency, change-freeze, and project risk registers • Confirm feasibility with dependency owners before dates are committed • Drive decisions, approvals, and escalations to closure • Ensure a named deputy for every gate approver • Orchestrate GxP compliance and validation deliverables, including risk determination, Validation Plan, Process Risk Assessment/FMEA, test evidence, release notification, and validation summary • Protect the audit trail • Own the release runbook and route production changes through change management, including CAB review for high-impact changes • Sequence sign-offs and confirm hypercare and monitoring ownership before go-live • Facilitate daily standups and uphold Jira hygiene and a shared Definition of Done • Coordinate UAT and demos • Run delivery retrospectives and maintain shared templates and the delivery playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience • Delivery, project or agile certification (e.g. Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL) desirable • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence, coordinate and drive work to closure without direct authority • Confident facilitation of agile ceremonies • Disciplined use of Jira and delivery tooling • Working knowledge of AI and automation governance • Comfort working with AI-enabled delivery tooling • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a habit of surfacing risks and dependencies early • Proven delivery or project-management track record taking technology change to production in a regulated, preferably GxP/life-sciences, environment • Strong compliance-sequencing and validation awareness, including CSA/GAMP 5 and change management • Audit-grade documentation discipline • Experience delivering automation/RPA and AI-enabled solutions • Familiarity with GxP computerised system validation and quality frameworks, including 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and ICH E6(R3) • Data literacy and experience resolving cross-system data-readiness issues
