• Develop a deep understanding of strategic customers’ business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. • Promote and maintain client relationships through regular sales calls, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and on-site visits to customer locations and airports. • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to meet evolving client needs. • Lead internal collaboration across departments including Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Safety, Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment on client strategy and execution. • Serve as the internal advocate for strategic accounts, translating client requirements into actionable internal plans. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Managers and field leadership, promoting a unified, customer-first culture at all service locations. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to proactively resolve client issues and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. • Monitor account performance, track key client metrics, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership. • Conduct business reviews and deliver strategic insights that inform client and internal decision-making. • Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to protect and grow customer relationships. • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in alignment with business goals and client expectations. • Directly manage and mentor one team member, providing clear guidance, development opportunities, and performance feedback. • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment that aligns with Signature Aviation’s values and culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, or related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client success, preferably in aviation, transportation, or related industries. • Strong understanding of the private/general aviation business and the challenges customers face in this space. • Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value relationships and driving long-term growth. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing internal and external stakeholders. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic action. • Prior experience managing or mentoring team members. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing business trends and performance • Functional experience or knowledge of private aviation operations, and ability to problem solve along with operational teams and customers to achieve optimal outcome • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics • Advanced skills required in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
