• Previous experience in customer service or customer support • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish • Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail • Comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math • Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and drive continuous improvement • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
