• Responsible for administrative payroll tasks for 600+ Customer Connection Center team members • Track, analyze, and recommend actions based on attendance trends • Provide attendance guidelines to team members • Audit time punches and reconcile payroll data • Communicate with supervisors regarding attendance policies
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 2+ years of payroll or performance management tracking • Payroll, scheduling, or other manual performance tracking experience preferred • Excel, Word, Outlook proficiency
