📋 Description
• support an anticipated federal program • apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions related to strategic communications and/or change management.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 12 years of progressive experience supporting organizational change management, human capital development, workforce training, and/or process improvement for State and/or Federal Government agencies and/or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees. • Active Secret Clearance • Five (5) years of concurrent experience providing strategic communications support in DoW for a one-star general or equivalent civilian, or higher grade.
