• Valoras los procesos e interacciones de acuerdo con los criterios definidos. • Valoras las interacciones y gestiones con clientes mediante la escucha de llamadas, revisión de documentación, chats, entre otros canales. • Identificas habilidades y oportunidades de mejora, y generas propuestas para optimizar los procesos y la experiencia de las personas clientes. • Detectas y alertas puntos de tensión en la gestión con clientes. • Trabajas en conjunto con el área de entrenamiento para definir necesidades de capacitación. • Participas en la construcción de procesos de análisis de resultados, retroalimentación y evaluación para el equipo de asesoría.
• Eres tecnólogo(a) o estudiante de carreras administrativas, contables o afines. • Tienes experiencia mínima de 2 años monitoreando interacciones telefónicas y por texto de áreas comerciales. • Cuentas con un nivel intermedio en Excel. • Eres una persona con pensamiento crítico, atención al detalle, escucha activa y comunicación asertiva.
