📋 Description

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies for Operational Technology (OT) categories and suppliers • Manage strategic supplier relationships with leading OT manufacturers, system integrators, and service providers • Lead negotiations of global framework agreements, contracts, pricing models, and service level agreements • Identify and realize cost optimization, standardization, and synergy opportunities across regions and sites • Support local plants in complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with global agreements • Drive lifecycle and vendor performance management to secure reliable and future-proof OT solutions • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, third-party risk, and regulatory requirements within procurement activities • Collaborate closely with OT, Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders on a global scale

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in strategic category management or indirect procurement, ideally covering IT/OT • Experience in an international manufacturing environment, preferably in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, or a similar industry • Strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) systems, such as DCS, SCADA, PLC and MES • Proven experience negotiating complex service agreements, framework agreements and global supplier contracts • Fluency in English • German is a strong advantage • Willingness to travel approximately 40%, mainly within EMEA • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in an international, matrixed organization • Must be eligible to work in the respective location
