📋 Description

• Build and ship high-quality product features using React and TypeScript • Design interfaces that make complex workflows and data understandable and efficient • Help define and evolve our shared component library and frontend architecture • Establish and promote best practices for frontend engineering • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers • Mentor and guide other frontend engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions • Improve performance, usability, and accessibility across the product • Help adopt and refine AI-assisted development workflows that accelerate engineering productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building production React applications with TypeScript • Experience designing maintainable frontend architecture in growing codebases • Experience building or maintaining shared UI component libraries or design systems • A track record of raising the bar for frontend quality through code review, mentorship, and technical leadership • Strong product instincts and empathy for end users • Ability to take ownership of meaningful product areas and drive them forward • Comfort collaborating across engineering, product, and design
