📋 Description

• Architect and implement a comprehensive testing strategy encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing • Design and maintain automated test frameworks using TypeScript and modern testing tools • Establish testing standards, best practices, and documentation for the engineering organization • Build and lead a QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and professional development • Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle • Implement test automation for our low-code platform, ensuring quality across configurable components • Design and maintain continuous integration pipelines for automated testing • Create and maintain testing environments that mirror production scenarios • Develop metrics and reporting systems to track testing coverage and effectiveness • Work closely with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA automation with TypeScript • Extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end testing frameworks • Strong background in integration testing methodologies • Proven experience establishing unit testing strategies and developer workflows • Leadership experience in building and managing QA teams • Deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies • Experience with test automation frameworks such as: Cypress, Playwright, Jest, Testing Library • Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices • Experience testing complex web applications and distributed systems • Understanding of low-code platforms and their unique testing challenges
