📋 Description
• Serve as the primary technical authority, making architectural decisions and defining best practices • Design, implement, and optimize core system architecture for high availability and high-volume processing • Partner with CTO, CPO, Infrastructure Architect, and senior leaders to align technical initiatives with product and business goals • Lead the design and development of large-scale projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery • Mentor engineers at all levels and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement • Drive technical innovation by evaluating and implementing new tools, frameworks, and technologies • Ensure rigorous standards for scalability, performance, and security are met across the platform
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years in software engineering • 3–5 years in technical leadership or senior/principal engineer roles • Advanced proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js • Deep knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-native application design • Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi (Infrastructure as Code) • Proficiency with ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar CI/CD tools • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration • Advanced understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) • Experience designing RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs and microservices architectures • Proficiency with secure coding practices, GDPR compliance, and authentication/authorization solutions • Expertise in performance optimization for scalability and low latency in high-volume environments • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver scalable solutions • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Proven mentorship experience guiding engineers across multiple levels
