📋 Description

• Provide aged care clients with general housekeeping and home help • Make beds and clean, mop and vacuum floors • Wash, fold and iron laundry • Prepare meals and complete grocery shopping • Assist clients with getting out of bed, showering and dressing • Assist clients to take medications • Assist with mobility and therapy goals • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia • Provide social and emotional support • Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments • Support family carers by providing respite • Work independently, identify solutions and seek manager assistance when needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 months’ experience in a similar professional role • Experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence • Own insured, roadworthy vehicle • USI Number required • Must complete a Statutory Declaration prior to commencement • National Police check required prior to commencement • Working Rights check required prior to commencement • Pre-employment functional assessment required prior to commencement
