📋 Description
• Provide aged care clients with home help services • Perform general housekeeping and make beds • Clean, mop and vacuum floors • Wash, fold and iron laundry • Prepare meals and complete grocery shopping • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities • Help family carers take a break or attend to other activities • Work independently and find solutions to everyday problems • Ask a manager for help when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in community or age care essential • Valid Australian Driver's Licence • Own insured, roadworthy vehicle • Ability to enjoy variety in the workday • Passion for providing excellent service • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and families • Commitment to helping aged community members live independently at home • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems • Know when to ask a manager for help • Statutory Declaration required before commencement • National Police check required before commencement • Working Rights check required before commencement • Pre-employment functional assessment required before commencement
