📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Simbian’s platform for enterprise customers and MSSPs • Integrate Simbian with OEM tools including SIEM, XDR, EDR, IAM, and cloud platforms • Own technical onboarding, configuration, and go-live processes • Design and implement integrations via APIs, webhooks, and connectors • Serve as the primary technical point of contact post-sales • Troubleshoot complex integration, deployment, and workflow issues • Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to resolve implementation issues • Drive product adoption and value realization after deployment • Provide technical expertise during sales cycles • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations • Support Proof of Value engagements • Map customer security architecture to Simbian’s integration capabilities • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams • Relay customer feedback, integration challenges, and feature requests • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, OEM ecosystems, and product enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar roles within cybersecurity • Strong hands-on experience in implementations and integrations (not just demos/pre-sales) • Proven experience working with cybersecurity OEM products and ecosystems • Strong understanding of SOC workflows and security technologies (SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, IAM, etc.) • Hands-on experience with APIs, REST integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environments
