• Contribute to all aspects of the Support engineering process, including owning tickets, responding to customer queries, fixing customer issues and documentations. • Participate in monitoring the ticket queue. • Create and improve support documentation • Learn & work on upgrades, troubleshooting and fixing issues • Document the known issues and fixes • Reproducing customer issues and writing high quality bug reports • Help deploy the software in different environments • Working remotely to assist presales and post-sales customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively • Flexible with support shifts. • Owning the resolution of complex support escalations from multiple stakeholders end-to-end • Other comparable work from time to time as instructed
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field • Understanding of Security, Systems and networking • Must have knowledge in Python/Shell or any one of the scripting languages • Experience in software deployment tools such as Kubernetes or Docker • Strong debugging skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, team oriented • Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical people. • Excellent communication skills and high English proficiency • Knowledge of basic Cloud Architecture.
