📋 Description

• Responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across multiple platforms. • Create engaging content, manage publishing calendars, monitor performance metrics, interact with online communities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or a similar role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proven experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. • Experience creating engaging social media content, including copywriting, graphics, and short-form videos. • Knowledge of social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting. • Familiarity with scheduling and management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar. • Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. • Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and audience engagement strategies. • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Experience with paid social media campaigns and social advertising is a plus.
