📋 Description
• Build Simple Online Doctor's paid social capability from the ground up, starting with Meta as the primary platform • Develop creative testing frameworks, audience strategies, and campaign structures • Direct ownership of Google Ads with the goal of maximising reach and performance • Identify gaps in keyword coverage, bidding strategy, and ad copy • Run structured experiments across key funnel entry points, execute CRM campaigns, and automation sequences • Use GA4 and Looker Studio to track performance, monitor CAC, LTV, and conversion rates • Collaborate with internal teams to keep messaging and timing aligned
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive hands-on performance marketing experience • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4 • Experience building and scaling paid social campaigns • Familiarity with Braze or similar CRM platforms and Looker Studio for reporting is a bonus • Understanding of the Australian market and its digital media landscape is important • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a regulated industry is beneficial but not essential
