📋 Description

• Develop automated reports and dashboards to support product and business operations, ensuring data accessibility and efficiency. • Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau to uncover trends, drive actionable insights, and influence product roadmaps and executive decisions. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver data-driven solutions that align with business goals. • Apply advanced analytics and statistical methods to identify key business trends and optimize decision-making. • Design and implement scalable data models that integrate multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility. • Effectively communicate insights and analysis results to stakeholders across SimplePractice, highlighting opportunities to better serve both the business and its customers. • Mentor team members and act as a data subject matter expert, driving best practices in analytics and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Plus years of experience in data analysis and analytics, with a proven track record of mentoring team members. • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python. • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools. • Ability to interpret complex data using advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling, to forecast trends and optimize business outcomes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to multiple stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders. • Enthusiastic about data and analytics, learning new techniques and skills, and working with data scientists and engineers.
