📋 Description

• Take on a key role within the team and handle a variety of tasks • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Work closely with our clients to develop tailored process solutions • Design innovative solutions aligned to specific requirements • Take responsibility in consulting projects ranging from production engineering issues to e-mobility • Ensure communication and collaboration among all stakeholders • Actively contribute ideas and experience and promote knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline • Practical experience in management consulting or in the areas of production and logistics • Strong analytical thinking skills • Experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R) • Experience with ARIS or comparable tools is an advantage • Excellent communication skills in German and English • Confident user of Microsoft Office • Open to working on different projects and location-independent work
