📋 Description

• You create data-driven decision foundations for e‑commerce, both for day-to-day operations and as part of our OKRs • You independently identify growth opportunities in e‑commerce • You place special emphasis on questions about customer behavior in our online shop • Based on an established central data platform, you develop dedicated data models for the e‑commerce domain and provide them for ad‑hoc analyses or standard reporting • Your interactive dashboards make strategic and operational relationships visible at a glance and create transparency at all levels • You are responsible for the quality of your data pipelines and independently develop tests to ensure freshness and correctness • Within the data team you are the central point of contact for the e‑commerce team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, (Business) Computer Science, another STEM field, or a comparable qualification/training • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role and a deep understanding of D2C e‑commerce • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution‑oriented way of working • Solid SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) • Experience transforming data in data warehouses (e.g., using dbt or Airflow) • Knowledge of data modeling (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and of building structured data products • Experience with CRM, online analytics tools (e.g., Bloomreach, GA4), and dashboarding/BI tools such as Looker or Power BI • Confident use of version control tools (Git) and agile collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence • Fluent German and very good English
