📋 Description

• Architect and execute AI-enabled solutions that connect business systems, normalize data, and optimize workflows across the organization • Define and implement integration standards and business system APIs to support a unified, normalized data ecosystem • Lead the design, development, and rollout of AI-enabled tools and process improvements; drive delivery end-to-end with internal teams and contracted partners • Own accountability for project outcomes, budgets, and ROI • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor and partner relationships; ensure external providers deliver against cost, quality, and timeline expectations • Partner with leaders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to identify opportunities for AI-driven integration and workflow optimization • Lead change management efforts and develop training programs to ensure adoption of AI and integration solutions • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, integration trends, and industry best practices; propose improvements to efficiency and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technology leadership roles focused on business systems, integrations, or operations; demonstrated expertise delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions • Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., machine learning, NLP, RPA) & complex business systems, system integration technologies (APIs, ETL pipelines), and data platforms • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with clear accountability for delivery, budgets, and measurable outcomes • Demonstrated experience selecting, negotiating, and managing technology vendors and service providers • Ability to align AI and integration initiatives with broader business strategy and departmental needs • Effective at leading diverse teams, managing change, and fostering a culture of innovation • Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for business stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred • SimpliGov does not currently sponsor applicants for work visas • E-Verify participation requiring employment authorization verification
