📋 Description

• Execute and oversee the technical implementation of retention marketing programs across client accounts • Transform strategy into execution by building and maintaining email, SMS, segmentation, automation, and onsite conversion experiences • Support account audits, onboarding projects, and technical account setup • Lead migrations from platforms such as Attentive, Mailchimp, and others • Perform technical QA across campaigns, flows, segments, forms, and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo Email and SMS • Experience building advanced flows, segments, forms, and automations • Experience with platform migrations and ecommerce integrations • Familiarity with custom events and data architecture • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and QA skills • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
