• 4- 5 years running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for DTC/ eCommerce brands • Strong experience with Ad creative strategy & testing frameworks • Proven ability to hit ROAS/CAC targets with performance-led creatives • Strong understanding of ad psychology, funnel strategies, and storytelling • Comfortable writing hooks, headlines, and ad scripts for TOF/MOF/BOF • Fluent in English and confident writing performance-driven copy • Experience working with UGC creators, video editors, or influencer content • Familiar with ChatGPT, Jasper, or AI tools for ideation and scripting
