📋 Description

• Work as a team member with Simpplr Implementation Consultants, Implementation Engineers, and other cross-functional teams • Work directly with customers and prospects to define project scope • Develop project plans for standard and custom projects • Manage the assigned project portfolio • Manage project schedules, budgets, issues, and risks • Track project KPIs and work effort • Report at the project and portfolio levels • Manage customer expectations • Provide assistance with project plan-related questions for less experienced teammates

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience or comparable work experience • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment • Experience managing projects under both waterfall and agile methodologies • Strong track record in successful project delivery • Experience using SaaS-based project tools, including Jira, DevRev, Project Management Tools, and OnRamp • Extensive collaboration and communication skills • Experience delivering complex implementations into SMB and Enterprise business markets • Strong resilience and influencing capabilities • PMI/PMP or Agile certification ideally • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, transform ambiguity into clarity, work to tight deadlines, and take calculated risks
