📋 Description

• Build and maintain data pipelines from support, onboarding, and billing systems, including Zendesk, Jira, and internal platforms • Design, build, and deploy automations, integrations, and internal tools that remove manual workflow steps • Build Zendesk integrations with internal systems using APIs and webhooks • Build data models, dashboards, and reports used by teams and leadership, including operational metrics • Capture baselines before improvements and measure results after release • Share ownership of the team's platform, including architecture, version control, deployment, monitoring, and documentation • Use AI tools where valuable and validate their output against real data • Follow security and data-governance standards, including pre-deployment security review, centrally managed credentials, and auditable changes • Work with process owners to convert documented processes into working automations • Explain technical choices to non-technical stakeholders • Support rollout of new tools and monitor their health after launch

🎯 Requirements

• Be based in Brazil, México, Colombia or Sweden • Advanced or fluent English • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Experience in data engineering, automation, technical operations, or support engineering • Experience building and running production pipelines, automations, or integrations relied upon by others • Hands-on experience with SQL and a scripting language such as Python or JavaScript • Experience with APIs and webhooks, and integrating SaaS platforms such as Zendesk and Jira • Experience building dashboards and reports using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar • Understanding of data quality, including metric definitions, baselines, and ownership • Familiarity with Git and deploying and maintaining tools in a shared environment • Comfortable using AI tools with a critical eye on output quality • Awareness of security and data-privacy practices when handling customer data • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical colleagues • Ability to work independently, prioritize well, and follow work through to production • Comfort working across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions and time zones in a remote setting
