📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance services. • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and propose innovative solutions. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Monitor performance and recommend continuous improvements. • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives. • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields. • Previous experience in service consulting within the technology sector. • Solid knowledge of technology and its applications for service optimization. • Basic English proficiency. • User-level knowledge of ClickUp and Monday.com.
