📋 Description

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions • Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor payment records • Prepare and process payments in accordance with company policies and approval workflows • Perform bank, wallet, and account reconciliations • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes • Support preparation of management reports and financial statements • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and service providers • Maintain supporting documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls • Assist with multi-currency transactions and crypto-fiat payment operations • Support treasury and cash management activities • Ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and maintained in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field • Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals including debits, credits, journals and general ledger accounting • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting practices • Hands-on experience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks or similar systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, reconciliations and financial data management • Comfortable working with digital tools and modern finance technology • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable collaborating with a distributed international team in an asynchronous environment • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Meet and Google Drive • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision • High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment
