• You design scalable CRM architectures, define data models, and ensure clean, automated processes from lead capture through to reporting. • You work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Data teams to create the technical foundation for data-driven growth and efficient collaboration.
• Experience designing and implementing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive or similar) • Technical understanding of APIs, automation platforms, and integration architectures • Experience building lead flows, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, and custom objects • Knowledge of marketing automation, reporting, and data modeling • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or BI tools are a plus • Structured working style, high attention to detail, and strong process understanding • Experience in a B2B SaaS or consultancy environment is advantageous • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in translating complex systems into clear structures
