📋 Description

• Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and modern Quality Engineering practices. • Create and review test scenarios using systematic techniques to ensure efficient coverage. • Execute and guide manual, exploratory and automated functional tests: Web: TestNG/JUnit + Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework + Python; Services/API: RestAssured + Java, Robot Framework + Python. • Plan and execute integrated functional tests using appropriate tools. • Analyze incidents using logs and tools, providing input for fixes. • Perform risk analysis to prioritize testing. • Define test strategies and allocate tests according to strategy levels. • Collect and analyze business metrics and incident data to guide test plans. • Review user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria, suggesting improvements. • Configure and evolve the development pipeline (Gradle/Maven). • Promote agile QA culture and practices across teams. • Apply knowledge of application architecture when planning tests. • Evolve processes, standards and templates defined by the Quality Chapter. • Review and suggest improvements to unit tests and code reviews. • Create test doubles using the defined frameworks. • Develop frameworks/scripts to generate test data: Databases: MongoDB, Oracle, MSSQL; Messaging: RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ. • Report test status, critical bugs and impediments. • Present deliveries to stakeholders and collect feedback. • Debug errors using logs and monitoring tools. • Mentor new members of the Quality Chapter and request mentorship when needed. • Use tools such as Jira, Zephyr Scale and Confluence. • Pursue continuous innovation in systemic processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or related areas. • Experience with manual and automated testing across multiple platforms: Web: TestNG/JUnit + Selenium; API: RestAssured + Java, Robot Framework + Python, Postman, Swagger. • Creation of automation projects using testing libraries/plugins. • Good OOP practices, Test Design Patterns and Clean Code. • Version control with GitLab. • Test and defect management tools. • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the QA role in agile teams. • Monitoring/troubleshooting using Kibana/OpenSearch. • Risk analysis, databases, performance/stress testing (JMeter), contract testing. • Review of unit and integration tests. • Creation of test doubles (mocks, stubs, fakes, spies, dummies). • DevOps culture: CI/CD/CT.
