📋 Description

• Create and review test scenarios using systematic techniques to ensure effective coverage • Execute and guide exploratory testing to increase coverage and uncover unforeseen issues • Develop automated test scenarios (web, API, mobile) using the defined framework, evolving it to maintain agility and prevent obsolescence • Collect and analyze business metrics and incident data to define test plans and support decision-making • Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, suggesting improvements to prevent issues early on • Promote agile QA practices to reduce bugs, costs, and remediation time • Understand application architecture and integrations to plan and execute appropriate tests • Recommend improvements to unit tests by applying best practices • Create APIs or scripts to generate test data sets, ensuring fast and automated execution • Report status, critical bugs, and impediments to provide visibility to the team and support corrective actions • Prepare planning documents, lead meetings, and create performance test plans • Define acceptance criteria with the squad to ensure clarity of objectives • Obtain and review volume metrics to plan scenarios and types of performance tests • Create and evolve performance test scripts using best practices and appropriate tools • Develop performance testing strategies aligned with the project's architecture and objectives • Monitor and maintain a culture of excellence in the team's quality metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Java automation with TestNG or JUnit • API automation with RestAssured • Zephyr Scale, GitLab CI/CD, Postman • Strong experience with Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security • Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) • Microservices architecture and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Continuous integration and delivery (Jenkins, GitLab CI) • Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and version control (Git) • Bachelor's degree required; intermediate English desirable • Advantage: Knowledge of payroll-deductible loans (consigned loans) or experience in banking institutions.
