📋 Description

• AI-First leadership (mandatory). • Define and operate the team's working model with AI agents. • Lead initiatives to create and evolve agents and automations that accelerate the SDLC. • Implement AgentOps/LLMOps practices. • Integrate agents with tools and systems ensuring security, traceability and governance. • Establish “golden paths” for AI adoption in the build/test/deploy flow. • Lead architectural decisions and the evolution of distributed systems in Java/Spring Boot. • Ensure quality at scale: code reviews, best practices, automated testing, CI/CD, security and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead with Java and Spring Boot. • Strong expertise in distributed architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP/messaging) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle). • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker and an engineering culture focused on quality, testing and security. • Practical experience (hands-on or direct technical leadership) applying AI to the engineering workflow. • Experience with agents and/or orchestration. • Ability to define and operate quality evaluation for agents/AI solutions. • Understanding and application of AI governance and risk (access control, auditing, traceability, data security).
