📋 Description

• Serve as the technical reference for development teams • Lead initiatives to modernize and migrate legacy applications to more modern architectures • Participate in defining technical solutions, architectural direction, and strategic decision-making • Contribute actively to software development as a hands-on professional • Support the definition and refinement of initiative scope in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Business teams • Promote development best practices, code quality, and software engineering principles • Identify opportunities to improve architecture, processes, and operational efficiency • Conduct technical reviews, provide mentoring, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams • Support the reduction of technical debt and the continuous evolution of applications • Monitor technical metrics and solution efficiency indicators • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile, value-driven environment • Encourage the adoption of new technologies, automation, and initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence applied to software development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with React.js and JavaScript • Experience with legacy application migration projects • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and microservices • Experience working in Cloud environments • Experience with CI/CD and pipeline automation • Experience working closely with Product and Business teams • Experience with engineering metrics and operational efficiency • Interest in or experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence throughout the software development lifecycle • Knowledge of digital transformation processes in large-scale corporate environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and technical influencing skills • Ability to work across Technology, Product, and Business functions • Mindset focused on modernization and technological advancement • Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in transformational environments • Focus on value creation, efficiency, and continuous improvement • Interest in developing people and strengthening the teams’ engineering culture • Previous experience with PowerBuilder is not required
