📋 Description

• Define and promote best practices for software development and product creation • Lead senior squads responsible for developing multidisciplinary projects • Participate in architecture decisions, guiding system evolution and the transition from monolithic structures to microservices • Ensure the governance, quality, scalability, and security of Web and Mobile solutions • Strengthen the culture of data and observability by monitoring system health, anticipating failures, and improving the user experience • Promote operational efficiency through process automation and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools in development • Develop and support the team through one-on-one meetings, technical mentoring, and development plans • Partner with business teams, translating needs into technical solutions and aligning priorities, timelines, and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and a transformative mindset • Experience leading software engineering teams working on Web and Mobile systems • Solid software development experience, preferably with Laravel, Vue, and React Native • In-depth knowledge of software architecture, including strategies for evolving monolithic systems into microservices • Experience with cloud computing and AWS infrastructure • Ability to make technical and strategic decisions, manage conflicts, and set priorities • Emotional intelligence and the ability to develop people and lead senior teams • Experience applying Generative Artificial Intelligence throughout the software development lifecycle, including tools such as Claude Code for code generation and refactoring and test creation • Preferred qualifications: experience with Datadog and Sentry • Preferred qualifications: experience with process automation and workflow creation using n8n • Preferred qualifications: knowledge of data analysis and dashboard development with Metabase
