📋 Description

• Manage the store unit and sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, market share and strategic objectives • Measure and follow up daily on merchandise, financial services and online course targets • Analyze conversion rates, average ticket value and items per sale • Participate in daily audio conference with the Regional Manager • Complete a weekly checklist of operational tasks and administrative processes • Develop sales associates in selling techniques, services and metrics • Complete the Performance form weekly and apply progressive coaching • Make daily bank deposits, reconcile the cash drawer and forward balances to Finance • Conduct disciplinary processes and participate in hiring interviews • Perform store opening, daily briefing and store closing • Check product displays, tags, high-risk products and security recalls • Monitor and assist sales associates during customer service interactions • Authorize discounts in accordance with commercial policy • Represent the company in hearings (PROCON, Small Claims Court) and accompany regulatory inspectors in the store

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Technical knowledge of store management in the retail segment • Experience managing sales teams • Proficiency with GEMCO, SAP and Sênior systems • Experience managing KPIs: conversion rate, average ticket value and items per sale • Experience with disciplinary procedures, team selection and vacation planning
