• Lead the delivery of impactful training and education programs for our customers and internal teams • Manage both on-site and virtual training engagements • Ensure clients gain maximum value from Sirona’s platform • Help customers adopt new features and understand product workflows • Support internal enablement through ongoing training and collaboration with cross-functional teams • Maintain consistency and quality across all client training engagements • Collect and analyze feedback to refine training programs and improve the client learning experience
• 5+ years of experience in customer training, client enablement, and professional education within SaaS, healthtech, or clinical technology environments • Proven track record delivering training to both technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; confident presenting to clinical and administrative teams • Strong technical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and teach complex software workflows • Experience with virtual training tools and LMS platforms • Preferred background in healthcare SaaS, radiology, or clinical workflows • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals • Knowledge of CRM, analytics, or enablement platforms used to measure adoption and engagement
