• Manage hiring, termination, and personnel transfer processes; • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, salaries, and benefits; • Coordinate and process payroll in accordance with internal policies and regulations; • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment; • Collaborate with health and safety departments to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
• Education: Bachelor's degree; • Fields of study: Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields; • Language: Intermediate/Advanced English; • Previous experience in personnel administration, labor relations, or occupational health; • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and workplace safety regulations; • Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with HR management systems and payroll software.
• Stipend: BRL 2,500.00 per month
