📋 Description
• Literature review on dynamic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and creation of knowledge bases (KBs) for LLMs; • Development of a dynamic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technique to prevent token-limit overflow and improve the performance of generative agents; • Development of an automatic knowledge base (KB) creation technique from generic documents for different Itaú bank products; • Development of specialized agents, including a model risk-level classifier; • Implement monitoring for the dynamic RAG, KBs for LLMs, and specialized agents; • Conduct tests with a controlled audience and evaluate satisfaction metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• Fellow profile: Master's-level (TECH 3) • Education: Master's degree • Fields of study: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related areas • Programming language: Python • Experience in technology projects within the Data Science field • Experience using, working with, interacting with, or researching topics related to Generative Artificial Intelligence • Languages: Intermediate to Advanced English (reading and writing)
