🎯 Requirements
• Degree: Master's • Field of study: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting or related areas • Required skills: Programming languages such as Python or R • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms • Knowledge of process automation (RPA) • Ability to handle and integrate large volumes of data (ETL) • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Desired: Experience with AI projects applied to accounting or finance • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Blockchain and Generative AI • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) • Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Digital Accounting • Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn • Knowledge of data governance and accounting compliance
