📋 Description

• Conduct literature reviews and critical analysis on PQC, NIST algorithms, blockchain, and mobile security • Contribute to the selection and evaluation of PQC algorithms for blockchain and TLS 1.3 scenarios • Assist with the development and integration of PQC into a simulated blockchain prototype • Participate in the implementation and optimization of TLS 1.3 with PQC in Android/iOS banking SuperApp prototypes • Conduct performance, usability, and security testing on the prototypes • Collect and analyze data on UX impact, latency, and resource consumption • Collaborate in identifying technical challenges and proposing mitigation strategies • Contribute to the analysis of regulatory implications and the development of compliance guidelines • Document results, technical reports, and project presentations

🎯 Requirements

• PhD • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field • Strong foundation in Software Engineering • Proficiency in Python • Knowledge of cryptographic libraries and APIs • Experience with API development and integration • Knowledge of testing and software development best practices • Knowledge of applied symmetric and asymmetric cryptography • Knowledge of hash functions and digital signatures • Knowledge of digital certificates and PKI • Knowledge of cryptographic key management • Knowledge of secure communication protocols, such as TLS • Knowledge of application and systems security • Ability to read technical documentation and scientific papers in English • Preferred knowledge: Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), NIST PQC standards such as ML-KEM and ML-DSA, crypto-agility and cryptographic migration, blockchain/DLT, smart contracts, distributed architectures and microservices, containers and cloud computing, quantum computing fundamentals, financial application security, mobile applications, and SuperApps
