📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable services using Python and FastAPI. Build APIs to support internal tools and customer-facing applications; • Collaborate closely with AI engineers to implement and optimize core AI functionality; • Write clean, efficient, and testable code that meets performance and reliability standards. Participate in code reviews and help refine development workflows and best practices; • Rapidly prototype new features, experiment with emerging tools, and evaluate third-party libraries; • Partner with platform engineers to deploy, monitor, and maintain AI services in production; • Troubleshoot production issues, implement code fixes, and contribute to the stability of existing services; • Support internal AI adoption by developing tools that streamline workflows across departments;

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices • Experience with FastAPI or other web application framework in Python • Understanding of SQL, familiarity with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS • Experience with package management in Python • Experience with adapting the latest AI technologies and Large Language Models in personal or work-related projects • Familiarity with using VMs, shell scripting • Passionate about using AI tools to improve coding workflows • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • While 5+ years of experience is preferable, we're also open to outstanding and highly motivated candidates with less experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
