📋 Description

• Responsible for selling SiteMinder’s products to customers and completing business development activities in an effort to acquire new customers. • You will become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, building awareness about how our products can benefit their property. • You will have the chance to learn about the challenges that accommodation providers face, and offer a solution that will bring value to their day-to-day and bottom line. • You will be trained on our products, industry and sales processes. • You will be supported by a dedicated sales coach and a buddy, as well as your team leader, who will coach and motivate you to achieve your professional goals. • Create new opportunities and upsell current customers. • Working towards daily, weekly and monthly targets and finalize all sales in a timely manner. • Prepare accurate quotes and develop and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. • Negotiate contracts as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client and SiteMinder's profit margins. • Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on SiteMinder's CRM system. • Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team so that products can be reviewed in line with the feedback. • Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and brand. Attend key functions and events, requiring occasional travel to client locations to attend meetings with relevant managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be located in Bali or within commutable distance • Professional proficiency in English • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience is ideal • A confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects, and great listening skills • Strong verbal skills to communicate professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone • Self-motivation and resilience to show up each day and give your best • Growth mindset - openness to feedback and coaching
