📋 Description

• Manage assigned projects or workstreams through all Project Life Cycle phases from Initiation through Closure • Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, priorities, timelines, and resources • Lead sales-to-delivery handoffs and review Statements of Work, scope, timelines, financial terms, and risks • Set up projects in enterprise systems and complete initiation administration • Establish and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and risk, issue, and action logs • Monitor delivery tasks, project KPIs, health, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes • Coordinate quality events, audits, interim analyses, database locks, compliance activities, and project closure • Apply PMO standards, templates, reporting practices, and service-level agreements • Serve as primary client and internal stakeholder contact; lead meetings and manage expectations • Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, status reports, change requests, and client communications • Manage escalated client issues and coordinate with Support and the PMO Program Director • Lead post-implementation client training and manage product version upgrades • Represent client requirements to Development and collaborate with implementation, programming, quality control, data management, support, and training teams • Support product deployment, build testing, validation, and project documentation • Maintain controlled, inspection-ready documentation consistent with SOPs, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GDPR, and client requirements • Participate in audits, inspections, quality investigations, CAPA, deviation actions, and root cause analysis • Maintain confidentiality of blinded and unblinded data and protect personal data • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer; oversee PMO Associate Project Manager projects as assigned • Propose workflow improvements and maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, tools, and eClinical technology • Identify upsell, expansion, and service enhancement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical research, business administration, information technology, project management, or a related field; or an associate degree plus 2 additional years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years of project management and/or clinical trial experience within a life sciences organization • 1+ year of experience in client-facing or client engagement roles • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks and issues, change control, and cross-functional deliverables • Working knowledge of ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice (GCP), 21 CFR Part 11, EU GDPR, and applicable FDA, EMA, and global regulatory requirements • Basic understanding of clinical trial design, data flow, and Trial Master File (TMF) standards • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with eClinical platforms and/or services such as EDC, RTSM, CTMS, eConsent, data management, and site and patient payments • Experience with project management tools such as Rocketlane, ServiceNow, MS Project, and Jira • Experience in software or technical project delivery, or working knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and methodology, highly desirable • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct reporting authority • Strong verbal and written communication and meeting facilitation skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to work effectively in global teams across time zones and cultures • Standard hours of 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a one-hour lunch; additional hours as needed • Travel up to 20% if needed • Extended computer use
