📋 Description
• Lead the technical vision and strategic ownership in Salesforce solutions • Collaborate deeply with global engineering, product, and design partners • Drive architectural decision-making and author technical design documentation • Cultivate engineering craft through mentorship and best practices • Accelerate the organization's technical maturity and velocity
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Engineering • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Aura • Proficiency in technical architecture for major product modules • Experience in platform integration at scale • Ability to mentor engineers and model engineering excellence • Familiarity with product collaboration and technical design documentation
