• Establish deep technical relationships with assigned key customers including system architects and technical management, serving as trusted advisor on timing • Own and deliver design-wins by working with regional sales to identify available design slots, architect SiTime solutions, and resolve all technical issues pre-sale and post-sale • Drive solution selling via clock tree and architectural discussions within key application areas that benefit customers at the system level • Create localized technical contents and training programs for regional sales team and channel partners, increasing sales effectiveness • Be the customer voice, influencing SiTime roadmap and strategy in service of revenue growth
• 10+ years of applications and design engineering experience in datacenter, AI, networking or telecom • Proven track record of establishing deep technical relationships with system designs and architects • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer needs • Strategic thinker with the ability to debug and solve complex technical issues for customers in applications such as high speed SERDES, compute, and communication systems • Deep understanding of time synchronization architectures and systems • Knowledge of industry standards such as GR-1244, IEEE1588/PTP, NPT, GPS/GNSS, G.8262 preferred • Hand-on experience with timing measurement instrumentation desirable
