📋 Description

• Drive the ongoing development and lifecycle management of the Cloud & Infrastructure service portfolio • Evaluate new service ideas based on customer value, market potential, delivery feasibility, and commercial viability • Develop, price, and optimize market-ready Managed Services, including service descriptions and sales enablement materials • Support Sales and Marketing with service positioning, go-to-market activities, and the preparation of customer proposals • Work closely with Delivery, Sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services • Analyze market, technology, and competitive trends to identify new opportunities and further develop the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and managing Managed Services or IT services, ideally in Product, Solution, or Service Management • Ability to translate technical requirements into customer-focused, commercially viable, and sales-ready service offerings • Experience with service costing and a solid understanding of pricing and commercial viability • Strong understanding of IT infrastructures and technologies in the areas of Cloud, Data Center, and Infrastructure • Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully drive cross-functional topics in an interdisciplinary environment
