📋 Description

• SQC activities include identification of proper documentation for data capture • Capture information within system or designated area • Run embedded rules and logic against information • Clear validations and apply exceptions as necessary • Perform servicing QC reviews at client or counter-parties' place of business • Review loan packages, servicing guidelines, or data files • Perform QC Reviews for peers • Defend audit results on client-facing phone calls • Capture required information from documentation in designated place

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of related servicing experience preferred • College degree / training in Finance / mortgage banking desired or equivalent combination of education and experience • Entry-level support staff with 0-2 years of relevant experience • Excellent PC skills and possess high level of proficiency in Microsoft products • Strong overall knowledge of Residential Mortgage Servicing practices, rules, and guidelines • Knowledgeable of the principals and compliance regulations and documentation applicable to mortgage servicing • Familiarity with fraudulent red flags and outside services used to determine or verify fraud • Ability to read and evaluate payment histories and servicing comments
