📋 Description
• You are the first point of contact for our customers — welcoming, professional and driven by a passion for sales and service • You persuade with tailored offers and turn every customer interaction into an exceptional experience • You handle rental agreements and customer enquiries with accuracy, a strong service orientation and a friendly attitude
🎯 Requirements
• You have experience in sales and customer service roles • You are results-oriented and committed to achieving set objectives • You place a high priority on customer satisfaction, delivering premium service and an outstanding experience to every client • You have a strong team spirit and enjoy working collaboratively towards shared goals • You hold a valid Category B driving licence • You are fluent in French and English • Knowledge of German or any other language is a plus • You are available to work shifts on a 40-hour per week contract
