📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls • Assist customers with vehicle rental and pickup process • Verify customer information and provide related assistance • Offer technical support during key pickup • Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries • Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in German and English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch are a plus) • Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs • Skills to communicate clearly and persuasively • Availability for night shifts • Ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions
