• Du betreust einen internationalen Privat- und Firmenkundenkreis individuell und selbstständig • Du beantwortest komplexe Kundenanfragen und schriftliche Reklamationen in Deutsch und Englisch für Privat- und Geschäftskunden sowie im B2B- und B2P-Segment zu internationalen Vermietvorgängen • Du kümmerst Dich nachhaltig um die Steigerung der Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und treibst die Kundenbindung aktiv voran • Du bist der Ansprechpartner unserer internationalen Kunden bei Eskalationsfällen • Du kooperierst mit internationalen Kollegen und findest für (fast) jedes Problem eine Lösung
🎯 Requirements
• Du hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt und arbeitest selbständig, lösungs- und serviceorientiert • Du schreibst und sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) sowie sehr gutes Englisch • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, belastbar und äußerst zuverlässig • Du arbeitest gerne im Team • Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
