📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls • Assist customers with questions related to vehicle rental and the pickup process • Verify customer information and provide relevant assistance • Provide technical support during key pickup • Collaborate with SIXT branches across different countries • Make outbound calls to promote additional sales and service improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German and English • Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus • Strong ability to understand and anticipate customer needs • Clear and persuasive communication skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment • Strong team collaboration skills • Solution-oriented with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions
